My name is Liz, I am a Reiki Master III of The Traditional Usui System and a Reiki Master III of The Usui Holy Fire System with over 25 years of experience, I am passionate about sharing and love teaching in-person, for a better experience. I believe in the innate ability of every being to self-heal, and I feel blessed to guide others on their unique journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.
I am also a Certified Tui Na Bodyworker. I am privileged to have learned from the world-renowned Dr. Ming Wei Wu of The Wu Healing Center in Hartford CT.
I treasure honoring each individual's path and supporting their growth and transformation.

My journey to self-healing,
I'm thrilled to share how my Ojibwe heritage and my own journey through foster care, grief and hardship have shaped my resilience to self-healing. With the incredible teachings of my ancestors lighting the way,
I’m excited to guide you as a Reiki Practitioner of 25 years' experience, Certified Tui Na Bodyworker, Spiritual Coach, Medicine Wheel Practitioner, Wounded Healer, Flower Essence Practitioner, Ordained Minister and Certified in Art Therapy & Emotional Healing exercises and techniques, as well as mediumship.
